INTERESH at the MCAA Annual Conference 2026
Last April, Silvana Munzi, researcher at CE3C - Centre for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Changes & CHANGE - Global Change and Sustainability Institute at the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (INTERESH consortium partner), attended the Annual Conference of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), held in Brussels from 22 to 25 April 2026.
The event, themed “Research careers beyond borders: 30 years of the MSCA”, brought together over 325 participants from around the world, including researchers, science policy experts, and industry representatives.
INTERESH was presented alongside GroundWork and ECHO during the poster session through the poster ‘Contributing to soil health’. The three projects, although with different approaches, share the ambitious goal of bringing soil back to the attention of citizens, communities and decision-makers. For INTERESH, the starting point is Apulia, a Living Lab where active collaboration among actors will make it possible to develop and test sustainable soil management practices replicable across other European contexts.
