INTERESH at the CIÊNCIAS Research & Innovation Day 2026

On 21 October 2026, Lisbon hosted the eighth CIÊNCIAS Research & Innovation Day, an event dedicated to research and innovation at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. The event gathered researchers, lecturers, students and partners to present the Faculty’s projects and discuss experiences and opportunities for collaboration.

The programme included workshops on European funding, scientific talks and an exhibition of more than 80 posters representing the Faculty’s 13 research centres.

Soil health among the research topics

Dr Silvana Munzi, a researcher in the Plant-Soil Ecology group at CE3C - Centre for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Changes, took part in the event and presented INTERESH through the poster “Contributing to soil health”.

The presentation introduced INTERESH as part of ongoing research on soil health and offered an opportunity to discuss the project’s topics with the Faculty’s scientific community.
