INTERESH at European Mission Soil Week 2026 in Dublin
Dublin will host the fourth European Mission Soil Week
On 17-18 November 2026, Dublin will host the fourth European Mission Soil Week, the annual event dedicated to the EU Mission “A Soil Deal for Europe”. Organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, the event will be hosted by Teagasc and the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The two-day event will bring together researchers, farmers, policymakers, businesses and civil society organisations to discuss soil health and share experiences in sustainable soil management. The programme will include discussion sessions, exhibition stands and opportunities for Mission Soil projects to meet.
The University of Foggia, which coordinates INTERESH, will present the project during the Project Trail session. The presentation will cover the work underway in Apulia with farmers, researchers, businesses and public institutions.
INTERESH is carrying out four experimental actions focused on nature-based solutions, precision fertigation, biofertilisers and the use of data to support decisions on soil management. European Mission Soil Week will be an opportunity to share this work with other European projects working to protect and restore soil health.
